There are numerous resources available for Top-100 prospects. Baseball Prospectus, Baseball America, Fangraphs, and MLB Pipeline, to name just four, but the Deep League Roto prospects list is a little different.
Deep League Roto Tip: Don’t draft pitching prospects
The old adage of TINSTAAPP (there is no such thing as a pitching prospect) has been widely dismissed but is possibly more relevant today than ever before.

By comparison, the hitters included Ronald Acuña Jr., Fernando Tatis Jr., Kyle Tucker, Eloy Jimenez, Bo Bichette… the list goes on.
